Type: Rosé dry wine.
Grape Varieties: Maratheftiko and Shiraz
Vineyards: Estate vineyard and Agios Therapon.
Harvest: Middle of September.
Vinification methods: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, at controlled
temperature. Limited maceration on the skins, for the extraction of color and aromas.
Aging: Released relatively young in the market so as to maintain its freshness and intense aromas for at least 24 months.
Tasting notes: A lively wine with a bright pink color and an intense aromatic
character dominated by wild roses and red fruit, such as pomegranate and
strawberry. Aes Ambelis Rosé has a refreshing acidity and it is ideally balanced in the palate, with a long aromatic aftertaste.
Serving temperature: Best served at 11°C.
Complimentary Flavors: A perfect match for pasta, mild cheeses and Asian cuisine. Also, very pleasant as an aperitif
